Advocate Mr. Kundan (Founding Partner)

He is a successful and dedicated litigating lawyer practicing in Bihar District Court and Patna High Court. His main practice areas are Criminal Law, Civil Law, Family/Matrimonial Law, Corporate Laws, Human Rights, etc.

He has done his bachelor’s in Philosophy (Hon’s) from Bardhaman Mahavir Mahavidyalaya, Pawapuri, Nalanda followed by a Baccalaureate of Laws form Nawada Vidhi College, Nawada Bihar. He enrolled as an advocate with the State Bar Council, Patna in 1998. He has an Experience of More than 20 Years in this field.

He specializes in all types of Civil, Criminal, Consumer & Corporate matters, Debt / Money Recovery matters and has expertise in Due Diligence and Corporate Advisory Services, focusing on protecting the interest of our clients, company and its employees.

With the growth of commercial activities, the need for consistent legal support has felt by the business community. Such legal support ought to extend from compliance with central and local laws to litigation and other matters requiring legal advice etc.

Advocate Mr. Gaurav Kumar (Founding Partner)

Gaurav Kumar is the youngest Advocate in the Organization. He has obtained his Law degree from KIIT University in the Year 2016 and he enrolled as an Advocate with the State Bar Council of Patna in the year 2016 & also qualified the Exam of All India Bar Exam (AIBE). He is a Litigation Lawyer with a specific interest in the area of Due Diligence, Finance, Banking, Property, Consumer and Criminal matters.

He has represented our clients before the District Courts and Consumer Forums & Other Tribunals in the matters pertaining to Insurance, Banking, Finance, and Criminal Law.
